The 102nd Japan Championships in Chiba: seven cameras at 100 fps, all twenty-four matches, four days. Buenos Aires to Chiba in three cases.
In August 2026 the whole system flew to Japan. Japan Aquatics held the 102nd Japan Championships in Chiba, and we were the video-review provider for the tournament — every match, from the first whistle to the final.
Seven cameras at 100 frames per second, the same configuration we run at home, rigged around the pool at the Chiba International Swimming Center in Narashino. Twenty-four matches across four days, 13 to 16 August — fourteen on the men's draw, ten on the women's. Every one of them covered.
Three people and three cases. No broadcast truck, no freight container, nothing shipped ahead by sea. The servers, the cameras and the control surfaces were checked in as baggage, cleared customs, and were rigged and running inside the venue in hours.
Buenos Aires and Chiba are about as far apart as two cities can be — some 18,000 km. The operation did not change: same seven channels, same frame rate, same crew, same review the referees are used to. That is the whole point of building a system that fits in three cases.
We cover federations and organisers across sports. Tell us the event and we'll plan the cameras around it.
